Dear David,
Just
a note to thank you for our wonderful dinner party experience.
The food and wine was superbly selected and prepared. Overall,
just knowing that part of it was being handled enabled me to relax
and enjoy the evening with my guests, and therefore my guests were
able to relax as well. It was fun for me too, not just
work. We’ll see you
again.

Dave,
I have to thank you again… and again!!! Not only was the food
absolutely delicious, but you were so great, right from the
start. You put up with
all of my last-minute changes, added personal touches and even
included theme-based names for the food I was able to reach
you whenever… you helped to plan it right along side me… you
traveled so far, did all of the shopping… you did so much!!! I will need far more e-mails
to truly say how thankful I am.
